Existing merchants can email us or use the in-app support entry point inside Shopify admin. Include screenshots or product IDs when relevant so we can move faster.

Bugs and edge cases

We want reproduction details, not just symptoms. If you found a broken score, theme extension issue, or enrichment problem, send the exact page and expected behavior.

Feature requests

We review every request. The most useful submissions explain the merchant workflow, what breaks today, and what signal or speed the change would unlock.
